This is a great website. I’ve been enjoying my look around. Please feel free to add my website (www.lizbugg.com) to your list of author sites.
Keep up the good work.
Thank you! I’ve added your website to the list.
I know you haven’t reviewed my memoir yet, but here’s the hookup for your followers! π
Peace2u!
Thx
Lisa
Oh, site didn’t post…oops…
http://www.thegiftedonesmemoir.blogspot.com
Thx!
Thanks, I’ll try to remember that when it’s reviewed! (Sorry for the delay: there’s a still a stack ahead of you, unfortunately.)
Hello,
My name is Juli Jousan. This website is great. I have been on a “humble quest” to read all the things I can about lesbians. What a great forum you have created for discussing books!
My book Drawing Love was recently published by Indie Writers Press in Ithaca, New York. I would like to post my blog feed on your site and connect you to my website. The book is a lesbian-art-novella. It’s the story of a young woman who is taking an art class in Amsterdam for the summer. She meets Elka, a sax player who lives in a world of travelers that Mo has never imagined. This is a lesbian adventure story about love, art, and music.
I am looking forward to including it on your site.
My twitter address is girlsfallinlove You can follow me there as well as on my website at http://www.girlsfallinlovewitheachother.com
Please contact me at my email address if you need any more information from me.
Best to all,
Juli Jousan
Hi Julie, you’ve been added to the Authors page and I sent you an email. Thanks!
Wow! This is a fantastic site! I could avoid my responsibilities for weeks while I graze around here. Procrastinators love company, I’ve heard, so if you will allow me to add to the browsing pleasure of your other followers, here is information about my new novel, Rose’s Will, by Denise DeSio. It was just released on September 25th, 2011 by http://www.48fourteen.com and available for purchase there now.
Stir together an OUT 48 year old lesbian, her guilt-ridden, people pleasing younger brother, a millionaire Bulgarian Holocaust survivor in his seventies, and one very nasty matriarch named Rose. Place them in a Brooklyn funeral parlor with a colorful cast of sundry friends and relatives and you’ll get a recipe for disaster — literally!
It’s selling for only $4.99 at http://www.48fourteen.com/catalog/roses-will
I have a blog there as well at http://www.48fourteen.com/blog/denise-desio
You can also join the author’s forum on the same site and communicate directly with the authors about their books.
Thanks! And I’ve added you to the authors page.
Hi there,
Great job keeping track of all this! And thanks for the Hellebore plug. π
Please feel free to add my website as well: http://www.catherinelundoff.com.
Thanks!
You’ve been added! Thanks!
I love this site for the depth and breadth of lesbian literature it makes accessible to me. I reward myself (finishing a chapter, another day without a cigarette, mowing the yard) by an hour of discovery on this site. I would be most delighted to have my website added to the authors’ list. It is http://www.tierradelfuegobook.com
It’s a science fiction adventure that has surprised many readers who thought they didn’t like science fiction. What they didn’t like was the traditional zany, all action, all guys, blow- it- up- in- outer- space science fiction. There are several lesbian authors internationally, I am discovering, who join me in exploring fascinating and hot characters, complex dynamics of relationships, power structures of a society, along with some physics and microbiology through the genre of sciece fiction. Thank you for helping me find them!

Could you add my blog to the author list too? http://donutsdesires.blogspot.com
Thanks!
Hugs,
Giselle

Dear Lesbian Literature Readers,
Like so many of you, I LOVE this blog. It is truly awesome. And I have this question…I love lesbian romances, and I am looking for a list of good ones. Does anyone have a list or some recommendations for me?
Karelia
Hi, Karelia,
If you like formula lesbian romances, you can find tons of those through just about any of the lesbian fiction publishers listed on this site. If you’d like something that differs a bit from that formula, I’d like to suggest my novels, Looking Through Windows, and soon-to-be-released In This Small Spot. And if you’re up for something that isn’t a romance at all, but an intriguing mystery involving a young girl discovering truths about herself as she struggles to do the right thing, check out Miserere. Whoever you read, thanks for reading!
Hi Caren,
Thanks for the recommendations. I looked up Looking Through Windows on Amazon. It’s looks intriguing. I’m going to put it on my Kindle when I get home from work today. I’ve just agreed to be a reviewer for the Lesbrary, so perhaps I could review one of your books.
If you’re open to reading something a little different, check out my thriller, Dysphoria. It’s about a college president who tries to protect her school from serial killer, while simultaneously falling in love with a young woman who is either her only ally or the killer. It was released in January. Don’t be put off by the straight sex that starts off the novel. I’m a gold star lesbian and it really is lesbian novel : )
It’s fun to meet you on the Lesbrary. Thanks for responding to my comment.
Karelia
I will definitely check out Dysphoria. It looks intriguing. And thanks for the caveat about the lesbian content!
Hi Karelia. I recently finished a rom com called “Butch Bros In Brooks Bros” and it was both heart-warming and hilarious. It is on Kindle.
I just noticed this section. I’m going to have to check out a couple of these links! My website is http://www.intrepidreverie.com
I could get lost in this website for hours! And I’d be delighted if you were to add my website to your list: http://www.passionatecommitments.com. Thanks for all your work!
Thanks, Julia! I’ve added your website to the list!
Thanks ever so much! I appreciate the link.

I would really like to have my website added to your author’s list. My debut novel, The Right Kind of Woman, will be available December 10 on Amazon, Allromance, Goodreads, and through the Dark Hollows Press website. http://www.vossporter.com

Bonjour Danika, thanks for including me in your list. I just wanted to let you know I know blog at http://wrywriter.com and have my fiction available for free at: http://fictionme.ca
Thank you! They’ve all been added.
(Sorry if this is a duplicate. I got an error message on the first try.)
I was wondering if you might be interested in adding my author website: alpennia.com.
I also run a blog series, the Lesbian Historic Motif Project, that your readers might find interesting. It’s something of an annotated bibliography of literary and historical motifs relevant to writing lesbian characters in historic settings. The entry page for it is here: http://alpennia.com/lhmp/about
After getting two delightful reviews on this site for my first novel, Daughter of Mystery, I’d been hoping one of your reviewers might be interested in the sequel that came out last year, The Mystic Marriage. There will be a third book in the ongoing series in November (Mother of Souls) and I’d be delighted to arrange for a review copy if anyone is interested.
Thank you, Heather! I’ve added your blog ot the list.
That is a really interesting project! Because it’s more aimed at writers than readers, I haven’t included it in the blogroll, but thank you for pointing it out!
Feel free to submit review copies to danikaellis at gmail, and I will pass them along to the reviewers!
I had assumed that my publisher supplied you with review copies. (At least, I believe they did for the first book without me having to ask.) I’ll make sure to add you to the list for book 3.
Hi Danika,
Loved cruising around your site this morning. Thank you for all the work you’ve put into creating and maintaining this. My newest book is the young adult mystery novel, ON A LARP and I would love to be added/included in your author page. My website is stefanideoul.com.
Thanks again,
Stefani
