Book Blogger Appreciation Week

I will putting up a very detailed review of The Well of Loneliness in a couple days, which is what I’ve been working on lately, but today I’m registered for BBAW: Book Blogger Appreciation Week. I’ve heard very good things about it and I’m excited to experience it. I’ve got to do a post to register, so this is it!

5 posts that I feel best represent this blog in terms of the niche category I registered for (GLBT):

  1. Lesbrary Sneak Peek: Anthologies and books about lesbian books!
  2. Lesbrary Review: The Well of Loneliness
  3. Lesbrary Links: Communities
  4. Lesbrary Lust: Lesbian Pulp Fiction
  5. Lesbrary Review: The Whole Lesbian Sex Book

Have you participated in BBAW or something similar? What did you think of it?

Hi- I write The Bitter Buffalo blog, the one with Buffy Fashion Roulette, and you commented so I checked out your blog. I love it! Such a great idea! I live in a queer neighborhood with a gay thrift store so if there’s ever anything you’re looking for, let me know and I’ll hunt it down.

Thanks! I’d been looking around for an active lesbian book blog for long, I finally made my own. Your Buffy Fashion Roulette posts are hilarious. The things they put on Willow and Tara… intentionally bad fashion is one thing, but making them actually look like clowns/unattractive when they’re gorgeous women is sad. I always remember poor Tara’s hair when they meet in Hush.

Oh wow, lucky! I might take you up on that!
